As one of the leading document management companies we pride ourselves on being able to compliment our clients business and to ensure that we do this to the highest level we believe that our systems of work must fit seamlessly into that of our clients in gaining BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and then BS EN ISO 9001:2008 in July 2006 and June 2010 respectively we have shown that by working to the same quality guidelines as our clients we understand the need of their businesses even more.
As a company we are assessed under the provision of document management, secure offsite storage and document imaging services. To ensure our continued improvement we are externally audited by ISOQAR ( www.isoqar.com ) a UKAS accredited company as part of this we carry out internal audits which take place throughout the year. In addition we are audited by current customers on a regular basis and also welcome audits from potential customers.
Customer satisfaction is an integral part of our business and that’s why, as part of our standard customer care package we have developed our Improvement Log system that allows us to record, monitor and improve our service and effectiveness to enhance customer satisfaction and the continual improvement of our performance.
Magnum Services Quality Assurance Department continually asses the operations and systems used throughout the company to ensure that we are consistently working to the highest standards possible All of our processes are standardised and implemented by the continual use, review and management of our standard operating procedures system to ensure continuity. This is especially important for our clients who require a bespoke method for the storage, request and retrieval of their documents.
