Quality Checks

The scanned images are checked for a second time to make sure the quality of each image is better or the same quality as the original document. The bar-codes are also verified ensuring all information is accounted for. 

If Magnum has identified that an image has not met our high quality standards then the whole batch is returned to the scanning stage and the poor quality images are rescanned. All images are indexed with the relevant fields as instructed by the customer, once again the images are quality checked.
