Indexing

The ability to quickly retrieve and view scanned images is key to the successful implementation of a digital solution and, therefore, ensuring documents / files are indexed correctly is paramount. At consultancy stage, Magnum will discuss with it's clients the likely retrieval requirements of accessing their records and determine bespoke index fields based on the clients own records.

Magnum has the capability to either capture electronic documents utilising OCR technology or alternatively they will be manually captured by highly skilled keyboard operators, who will extract the relevant information (as agreed).

These fully indexed images can then be produced in a variety of formats, such as TIFF, JPEG or PDF files, which can then be uploaded to Magnum's in-house WebServers, for online hosting, imported into Magnum's document management package, Alchemy, or integrated into the clients existing system.
